For this holiday season we blended a special selection of coffees to bring out those warm and comforting cool weather flavors of bakings spices, gently toasted nuts, and delicious reduced dark fruits. We find this coffee to need a finer grind than Sugar Bear. We shoot for a total shot time under 30s with 24-26s being the sweet spot for us. We target a ratio of 1 part coffee to 2 parts espresso. For example, 20g in to 40g out. Don’t be afraid to target lower ratios as well especially for straight shots. Enjoy!
