Our flavored coffees use a medium roasted Brazilian coffee bean.
20g in to 40g out at 195F with a shot time around 28-32s is a good place to start. However, we generally recommend against pulling shots with flavored coffee as the flavoring oils can linger in the group head. A good cleaning before pulling unflavored coffee is recommended.
