Bali Blue Moon

$14.00

ROAST | Dark

TASTER’S NOTES | Cocoa | Smoke | Toasted Marshmallow | Low Acidity

SIZE | 12oz

We bring a dark roast on board this season for our deep, smokey coffee lovers. We chose a high quality Bali Blue Moon coffee from Subak Abian producer group in upland Bali. Indonesia coffee has a distinct flavor due to the traditional “wet-hulled” processing method. Most know Indonesian coffee from the traditional earthy notes from Sumatra coffee. Bali coffees tend to have a cleaner finish and more dark chocolate notes than the earthy notes of Sumatra. Look for cocoa, subtle smoke, low acidity, deep body, and a toasted marshmallow finish.
